1. Products return are acceptable only under the below conditions:
a) “Dead on arrival” /”Not Functioning” may be Exchanged after technical inspection from our technicians or/ Manufacturers’ technicians.
b) Crystal flash does not allow the return or exchange of products that are damaged as a result of misuse such as scratches, broken or malfunction due to wrong voltage connection or missing some parts of the product such as color box, catalogs, accessories, etc.
2. Payment should be done as per the payment terms agreed upon by both parties otherwise fine will be there.
